Metroglam strives to provide superior quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Our items are made to order and customized according to each individual order. Returns on in-stock apparel are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a merchandise credit that never expires. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  To initiate a return, email orders@shopmetroglam.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AN RMA #. Failure to include this authorization with any return will result in the package being returned to the sender.

To uphold sanitary measures in compliance with COVID-19 regulations, all masks and intimate apparel, including swimwear, are final sale. We strongly encourage you to peruse the collection and carefully view each item's description prior to securing your selection(s). Any issues regarding your order should be immediately brought to our attention upon receipt. We stand behind all products and employ an aggressive customer service team to quickly resolve any concerns.
