Returns on in stock apparel are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a merchandise credit that never expires. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  ALL RETURNS MUST BE UNWORN AND UNWASHED WITH TAGS INTACT IN RESELLABLE CONDITION TO BE CONSIDERED AND ACCEPTED FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. NO MONETARY, CREDIT CARD OR REFUNDS THE TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT WILL BE GIVEN. To initiate a return, email orders@shopmetroglam.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AN RMA #. Failure to include this authorization with any return will result in package being returned to sender.
